Camlist: Empowering Pet Lovers
At Camlist, I helped lead the development of a cutting-edge platform for pet lovers, merging technology with compassion for animals. The app, which I contributed to as a Senior Software Engineer, offers a seamless experience for users to browse, buy, and adopt pets, all while making it easier for them to connect with the right animals through personalized AI-powered features.
One of the most exciting parts of my work was implementing real-time messaging using OpenAI’s technology, creating a safe and engaging communication space for pet buyers and sellers. We also integrated live video calls to enhance the buying experience, bringing pet showcases directly to users’ screens without the need for in-person visits. Whether it's a cat, dog, or exotic animal, I worked tirelessly to make sure every pet got the attention it deserved.
Additionally, I led the development of web platforms using PHP and WordPress to allow for easy pet listing management, optimizing user experience for both buyers and sellers. This, combined with cloud infrastructure support, ensured scalability to handle the growing demand of pet lovers across the globe.
It wasn’t just about technology; it was about making a difference for animals and their families.
